A good basic rule of thumb is that things that are involuntary (disabilities, deformities, natural appearance differences, illnesses, trauma effects ect) should never be the basis of an insult. Focus on the shit things people choose to do
Once again, 'bed wetting' is not an insult, even when aimed at awful people. I know everyone comes to new knowledge when they come to it, we're not born knowing everything and sometimes we learn things that turn out to need unlearning, but I feel like this one is pretty easy to wrap your head around?? 😑
