to punish it for "its goal of “exporting Marxism, racial resentment, and Communist violence across the world”."

Of course these days, Cuba's main exports are doctors and educators. Not long ago, Cuban educators were in wealthy Australia, in western NSW state, teaching literacy to Indigenous kids. What a threat to world security this tiny poor nation is.
