@NunavutBirder yeah, but we have roads and stuff here. For that price you can buy an upmarket detached 4br. House. New'ish 2br. Upscale condo is < $450.
We need someone over here with a bit of creative insight, not just padding the already bulging pocket of the two big "local" developers.
