@lowqualityfacts Actually, if that's true, it would somehow make sense. He would have no right to make a call like that, and even someone megalomaniac psycho enough to become a top ranking politician must want to distance themselves from such a decision - because obviously he's a fearful coward. Someone with more courage would have quit already.
