@TheBreadmonkey There have been dozens of similar impacts with the moon. Some deliberate, some failed landers, some junk.
I'm far more upset the 500 or so Starlinks that get dumped into our atmosphere to burn up every year. Just as part of the standard operations due to the limited lifecycle of the design.
