Every time | walk into a library, I'm reminded what public money is supposed to do. Chairs you don't have to earn. Heat you don’t have to justify. Time you don't have to explain. Kids finishing homework. Someone fixing a resume. Older people reading the paper without being rushed. Nobody is asked why they're there.
