I have investigated myself and therefore I must conclude I am guilty of referencing the fact that waterboarding was a popular activity at an AI cult summer camp which recently occurred and is documented here by David:

I admit I had merely assumed "at least a handful" of the people receiving this popular treatment called themselves CEOs (a safe assumption).
