Is the declarative and minimalistic computing devroom at FOSDEM always run by the same people?

I found Ragkousis and Prins’s treatment of me last year rude and dishonest, completely inappropriate towards someone contributing their volunteer labour to their project, and I have no inclination to try to work with them again. But it seems a shame to write off about the only venue where you can talk to a sizeable audience of Scheme hackers outside academia
