This is a good dissection of this absolutely awful film. The only good thing to say about it was that some of the IMAX photography is beautiful. Other than that it is a boring pedantic stupid mess.

Nah, the original is a pretty fun ride
Guess that depends on your appetite for epic Greek poetry, but the overly literal plodding Cliff notes version replete with inaccuracies and nonsensical moral fabrications is just a terrible muddle.
