@juergen_hubert Me, too! Since this year, my very small private website is regularly down because of scrapers - and I decided to make it even more smaller (I already deleted all my art photos) because I can't pay more for more traffic by billionaire's crap.

Stealing the commons to sell back to us what we built.
It’s just awful and so short sighted. They are literally killing the websites and sources and people’s ability to contribute to the commons they depend on. Abuse & Discard. They are so in the immediate moment of money grab & powerlust, they don’t care about any future at all. They have no vision or care about the consequences or quality of what they are doing.
And the models will degrade & be corrupted too as a result.
