Finally up. But cried a little because of dreams. They didn’t need to be this intense or harsh. They’re my dreams! Why can’t they behave?

Must be the smoke. I also had a set of wild dreams last night where I was shaking and screaming out loud.
Seriously though, ever since my kid got injured a year and a half ago, I get crazy dreams about them (or sometimes other people) getting injured. It's trauma.
My husband sometimes shakes me awake so I stop screaming and don't wake up the kids.
I honestly used to think that kind of stuff only happened in movies.
@chu Nah my husband is like that. I have to wake him up at least once a week because he keeps screaming in his sleep. No smoke here though, we’ve been lucky
