I made a fresh batch of salsa verde on Tuesday and it's the best one I've made so far. The secret? Taking notes after making _and_ after tasting each one about what I want to improve next time, either to improve the result or to control/remove some annoying aspect of the prep or cleanup processes; and reading those notes top to bottom before making the next batch.
It only takes a couple of minutes but I'm hooked on how well that works for me. And this green stuff is delicious.
