History tends to only talk about the ethnic cleansing campaigns that *almost* worked. It skips over ones that *did* work

Ah, all these Argentinians mad that I read books written by the Afro-Latino Argentinians that tell racist Argentinians that they suck, vs read the books written by the fascist Argentinians that pretend that "We don't have racism, because we don't have any Black people."

You can get as mad as you want. I said what I said.

What you can't say, is that:
* Blanqueamiento was not an explicit government policy of Argentina. Because it was.
* Blanqueamiento did not decimate the Black community. Because it did.

Saying that there are still Black people in Argentina today does not minimize the genocide anymore than saying that there are still Jewish people in Germany, or saying that there are still native Americans in California.

El blanqueamiento no existe. En tu mente imperialista y acostumbrada a segregar a los negros, te resulta imposible de imaginar que haya países donde un negro nunca tuvo imposibilidad de casarse con quien quiera.

Además no sabes nada de argentina. Anda a las provincias del litoral como corrientes,chaco,misiones,formosa, ahí el componente de gente con descendencia indígena es enorme. Lo mismo con el norte argentino. Pero entiendo,para un yanki o un europeo, Argentina es la ciudad de buenos aires. Que también tiene población negra,indígena,mestiza.

Ah y tiras la de los nazis. Sos cara dura che, el país que mas nazis recibió fue estados unidos. Tuvieron hasta nazis a cargo de la OTAN, solo por citar un ejemplo. Hay que leer amigo, yo entiendo que vivas en el imperio fascista de estados unidos,pero tampoco para ser tan pajero.

🤦🏿‍♂️Saying that Blanqueamiento didn't exist, is as silly as saying that "the Holocaust didn't happen!🤡," or "US chattel slavery didn't exist!🤡" There are documents outlining the explicit policies. There are historical records of exactly how many Black people died of medical neglect and being drafted into wars and sent on brutal campaigns. But don't argue with me. I'm not playing this silly game with you. Argue with your own Afro-Latino professors in Buenos Aires, that still have to deal with people like you trying to deny what happened.

And yes, as I've said many times, the US took in way more "unconvicted" nazis after world word 2. But Argentina is the favorite hiding place for *convicted* nazi war criminals, which is why nazi hunters have found more there than in the US.

Almost, but no. Yes, more *convicted* nazi war criminals fled to Argentina than anywhere else. But more high ranking nazis who were members of the German government, that were not convicted, and *didn't want to be tried*, came to the USA than any other country. USA! Number 1 again! 🇺🇸🏆🥇

En Argentina no hubo apartheid ni tampoco hubo una guerra civil porque no aceptábamos terminar con la esclavitud. Nuestra guerra civil fue por otra razón. Ustedes fueron y son tan racistas que tuvieron leyes de apartheid. Acá no existió. Eso no significa que no haya racismo, lo hay en todos lados..pero no segregamos a la población como hicieron ustedes. A mama mono con bananas verdes no. En Argentina no existen barrios de negros, como siguen existiendo en tu imperio. Ojo,hay otros problemas, clasismo sobretodo.

The irony of a guy getting mad that I'm not talking about US racism, in a thread where I explicitly said that US racism is worse.

My account is pretty much wall to wall criticism of US racism. I've said on here many times that the US is the most racist country on earth, and that number two is not particularly close.

But if you think that means that I won't point out that Afro-Latino Argentinians are still mad that the country ethnically cleansed its Black people, you're mistaken. I don't care about you. I care about the 1% of Afro-Latino Argentinians that are left, and I care about the white and Mestizo Argentinians that don't try and make excuses for trash racist behaviour.

Blanqueamiento and importing nazis was a harm that Argentinians did decades ago. But your cope and denial, and Argentinians defense of their most racist, trash, classless football stars and politicians, is happening today.

No one likes racists or genocide deniers. Instead of talking at me, try listening to an Afro-Latino professor in Argentina, who will make more time for your nonsense than I will.
