I think I need to give in and buy a soldering iron…
Have managed to survive without so far (mainly via use of DuPont wires), but finding more situations now where I could really do with being able to solder stuff together… 🤔

@psfshr I cannot recommend enough spending the money and getting a Pinecil. Revolutionary.
@Floppy So the last soldering iron I owned was basically a heating element with a cable and a mains plug on the end.
Now apparently they have CPUs and run an OS… 😂
But I’ll take your word that it’s worth it 😀
@psfshr I upgraded from a traditional one a couple of weeks ago, and yeah, it's an enormous difference.
The price difference is a bit mad, for sure.
