@GeePawHill If I'd never seen a video of him, I wouldn't call him pretty. He's not really my type. But the energy he radiates in motion makes him hella pretty. Just a good vibe right there.
But also, I was attracted to Christoph Waltz in Inglorious Basterds so my judgement is incredibly poor.

As an avowed lesbian, my typical response is, 'Oh, yeah, he's super dreamy. But what's his next plank?'
But no argument, the question really has to be, 'would these excellent socialist agendas be so well-received coming out of someone who doesn't look as good as him?' and the answer is probably 'no.' But then, I might be wrong.
Only one way to find out, and that's to push more SocDem candidates of numerous appearances into the field...

Oh, it's definitely worth thinking about how much our social inferences -- what we see when we look at a candidate and how we define 'trustworthy' as a facet of image -- are a vital part of our willingness to accept a person's stated goals as both accurate and positive.
Didn't mean to imply that it was a hope closer! I consider any sort of self-reflection and epistemology to be a net positive, especially in politics.
