They walked by me in a crowded area and were swallowed up by the crowd. I considered trying to follow them but then I decided that is not something I should do

Home now, reflecting. They were like checkered chaps that went up to the body and then had like a thong strap tied up over the top of the back. I don't know why the dog was wearing pants, but it was also wearing shoes, so I guess that's why
