Voted best Burger place in Wales
Man, Wales must be depressing to live in if this counts as a good burger. The order terminal didn't give me options to add extras (except paid-for fries that I didn't want) and even if I could have added some sauce.
I kinda left in a hurry, so maybe there were some, that doesn't excuse a complete lack of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, or idfk.

@kookie I gotta say even if there was a toppings area charging £12 for that just makes me remember more reasons I do not want to live in the UK. I mean seriously I could definitely get a cheaper and better burger in Amsterdam easily
@Lunaphied @kookie tbf you could also get a cheaper and better burger at any london food market. I always find myself shocked at how cheap those are compared to berlin

@kookie I wonder if it’s a training issue - the person that served us asked if we wanted cheese or vegan cheese, then pointed out the toppings area. Though I might have missed that too if it weren’t for them telling us.
@kookie they have self-service station for salad, sauces etc. but i share your feelings.
@fionafokus well fuck, I was meeting with a friend after so I left kinda quickly, the person handing me the burger didn't point out the serving station but I guess someone smarter would have seen the thing right in front of them 😭
and like, working retail fucking sucks and I didn't wanna make a scene. Bleh 🫠
