@everton137 You can not afford to believe in a dark future, when you have kids. And they are damned cute as hell. It's almost not possible anyway.
@reticuleena One reason I decided not to have kids is that I'm pessimistic about the future. At the same time, I see many children around me who could use more support from the adults in their lives. If I become more financially and personally stable, hopefully I will be able to support some of them. :)
P.S. Maybe this is also because I grew up in a country where I still remember seeing children begging for food.
