Ummm wut?
The Cloaca Maxima, was the gigantic sewage system for Rome. At its height there were tourist tours. It was an engineering marvel, one of the reasons Rome was healthier than surrounding cities.
Though, Cloacina was just an aspect of Venus. Who had a love for all things architecture.
Probably worth pointing out that "cloaca" is just the Latin word for "drainage". Birds have a drainage. Sewers are also drainage.
