@lowqualityfacts You need to know calculus to design missile guidance systems and autonomous drones. Seems like there would be more interest if teachers mentioned that on the first day.

@lowqualityfacts in my senior year of high school i took pre-calculus (that had calculus proper the last 3 months) since my guidance counselor said “it will look good for college”

at the day of the final we all were doing the math on the lowest grade possible to still pass

i could have received a 0 and still passed the court with a 69 and i actually wound up getting a 69 on the final

only to get to college and take 2 logic classes to get out of math
