@marcoarment See what they're willing to offer. If it's good, go for it and move to a non-extradition country. The Asian choices look best: Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, Mongolia, Bhutan, Indonesia (Bali is part of Indonesia), Brunei. I wouldn't pack before moving though..

I interpret that as saying ‘Want to sell your business to MicroSoft, or someone like them because wouldn’t that be prestigious to be owned by such a large deep pocketed company, even though SEC may not allow us to say this to just anybody. Do you feel ‘aligned with Microsoft’?

Rather than saying, ‘Hey you own Microsoft. Want to sell it?’ Or even saying ‘Want to sell your Microsoft stock?’

He still lives there, but I ask for about 10x market price just in case.

I figure if I sell his house for 10x what it’s worth, I can keep 10% and pay off my house.
