AcuVoice has been found, and I created an installer for it. The synth is SAPI4 compatible, and the installer can be found at https://datajake.braillescreen.net/TTS/SAPI/Various/Engines/AcuVoiceSetup.exe.
As for where the synth was taken from, an obscure children's education program called "Dr. Peet's Talk/Writer for Windows".
@datajake1999 Wait so I have Acuvoice Roger for SAPI5, did you somehow take that version and switch it to 4 instead of 5?
