Finally getting round to overhauling my SSG website.
It's using metalsmith, which is pretty low level, which @waozi recommended me forever ago. Super minimal, 150 lines of JS + plugins.
It was off putting, and when I saw the lead dev had migrated to 11ty, I really considered it... or Hugo... or Hexo... or....
Nothing like trawling through alternatives (and trying a few out) in order to stick to the devil you know...
