The joy that my cats feel when I stop feeding them their super expensive medicated wet food and give them a can of something from the supermarket convinces me that they are actually raccoons. They crave the trash.

@evacide 😆 seriously though, if these companies really expect our little raccoons to only eat prescription food, they need to make them in more flavors

@evacide my cat came to me eating Friskies 6 years ago. I have yet to break her of the addiction. I’ve offered every fancy kind of cat food. I’m convinced there’s cat heroin in there.
@evacide Heather gets FancyFeast by the case from Chewy. WhiteCat gets about half a little can daily and has kibble available all day. WhiteCat is over 20 years old.

@evacide the other day our little dog was not eating her food and we were kind of freaking out then when i was cooking different i gave her a slice of lamb and she gobbled it up so fast and now she's fine again
