A lovely cycle back to Paddington through the parks. Warmer, but still not stifling.

Apparently, my train is on platform 14 at Paddington.

I didn't realise that Paddington *had* a platform 14.

It seems to be about half way between Paddington and Reading.

I am not sure if I miss my London trips or not. They were in a time when the health risks of meeting people were lower and so it was more fun.

I have done all sorts of places, including many pubs, and BT tower and revolving restaurant many many times.

And yes, I have even done cycling around London at least once.

These days, even though the train to London from Newport is not an insane idea, I just dread the whole idea.

Shame, in a way.
