@emily_s reckon it's worth me putting in my equatorial drive motor? I'll have to find some massive batteries, but if it's not worth it I won't bother.
@Floppy if you're not planning to take pictures, I wouldn't bother. With a star party people won't be looking for that long usually. Plenty of time between people to adjust as needed.
@emily_s weather's looking good! Any plan for where it will end up on the schedule? And, anything else I can bring other than my scope (now with new working leg)?
@Floppy currently going by https://clearoutside.com/forecast/52.03/-2.39 I'm going to guess we'll be going with friday evening 9:30 or 10 ish. But I'm guessing that will probably change again. Every day so far its been completely different
