Report: Anyone in Germany who publicly denies Israel’s right to exist or calls for its abolition could face up to five years in prison under a new draft law.
The proposal would probably violate Germany’s constitution. The Bundestag research service said the law could create a "special right against a specific opinion & conflict with freedom of expression under Article 5 of the Basic Law".
