I dunno man. If I were a law student of Prof. Wurman's at UMinn Law... I'd be asking for my money back.

What happened wasn't "sue and settle." It was "sue an agency you control & have them provide you a massive economic win as a 'settlement.'"

If I can figure that out, so can Wurman

Law professor Ilan Wurman tweeting about a federal court calling out Donald Trump's bullshit "settlement" with his own DOJ/IRS as not just invalid, but where the lawyers should be reviewed for professional discipline by saying: "Wait, sue and settle is now bar-discipline worthy? If so, all the Obama and Biden lawyers are in big trouble.

Just kidding. These rules apply only to Trump and his lawyers."
