Hello

I am looking for a place to live in East London. Ideally an empty one with three bedrooms, as I have two other people in similar situations nearby, who'd all like to move together (we're acquainted, not friends, it's not a drama bomb waiting to go off).

I need to move before September. I've lived nearby for 5 years, but the landlord is selling. We all need to save money so the budget is low, but we're all good for it and excited to make a wee home.

I've been self-employed since 2020, and intend to add a part time day job for backup income (moving has delayed this). The others are in work and retraining nearby. We're all covid conscious and it won't be a party house. I need to be as close as possible to my doctors.

Despite (or possibly because of) my whingeing on here, I am very easy to deal with and would like to just live somewhere and keep working and getting better.
