Idk why, but while I could never get into Stardew Valley, I’m really loving Coral Island. It’s so similar that I just can’t put my finger on what’s better about it. Maybe it’s just had the rough edges shaved off?
I think I figured out a big piece of why I’m liking Coral Island but never could get into Stardew Valley. I HATED mining in Stardew valley and it was like the main progression.
Coral Island has such chill mining it’s actually enjoyable. Makes a world of difference.
@bearmine Yup, same. I really like that you can turn off combat in Coral Island as well. Makes mining even more enjoyable.
Once I started playing Coral Island I could not go back to Stardew.
Also as a fan of Asian food it appealed to me a lot more on that front as well, lmao.
