I don’t think I realized exactly how much of my love of making art was sapped from me with AI.

It’s not like I intentionally made that choice, it just felt like I couldn’t share my work anymore.

I didn’t want it to be fed into AI to train it. So I stopped sharing, but then I stopped making too.

I have some friends quietly sharing their creative work with each other in private chats explicitly to combat this feeling.

The human sharing in a space that is safe(r) helped get me feeling the itch to make things again.
