73 yo. I own about 23,000 staples. I use at most half-a-dozen a month. My staples will clearly outlive me. Some of the staples are in plastic boxes, so they will last a long time even if landfilled. So this is my legacy, boxes of staples? I get stressed thinking about this.
Carry some with you wherever you go. Offer them to teachers and local government workers whenever you encounter them. When you’re at the library, secretly refill any empty staplers.
