One of the worst designed aspects of Mastodon is how difficult it is to see what an instance is *about*, what its ‘world view’ is, as opposed to seeing yet another posts timeline :/

Wasn't there going to be an optional instance homepage instead of the timeline for non-logged in people in one of the next versions?

@yala yes I saw something along those lines being reported as part of the ‘roadmap’ a few days ago. Much needed I think
