Has anyone considered the possibility that McConnell is a zombie?
I mean he’s starving because he’s surrounded by Republicans and, well, brains.

Mattew Perry was republican clerk to a now sick supreme court justice and worksin a democrat white house and is asked whether the justice should resign or not.
@NunavutBirder McConnell is no longer important. Not running again, not MAGA so no influence on party, and the only issue is whether he can remain senator (aka: heartbeat) until August 3rd so Kentucky is then forced to name a temporary MAGA replacement instead of calling for immediate election that would ;likely elect democrat and senate would lose ability to act as an obedient department within Trump Org.

Medical records are private by default. So not obvious at which point McConnell, or his family would be forced to make his condition public.
On the other hand, as an elected critter, he owes his constituents an explanation of why he can't serve them.
