@heidilifeldman I love the idea, but how much will it slow down scammers' march to find more ways to grab more unwitting victims, without chilling legitimate activity? I see that there are lots of industry groups lobbying against it, as well - will it subject Mamdami to the same level of opposition as hit Clinton when he ignored the desires of the millionaires in Congress?
