TV in this restaurant is playing some tenants-from-hell type reality show and the property manager has "as seen on TV!" on the car. I feel like for a renter "property manager has a reality TV show" would be something of a red flag

@byroncclark @openvibe I hear you but having been a desperate renter back in the all-too-recent day, folk will have to take whatever, being rented by whoever. I remember being one of fifty applicants for a place once.

@essjax @openvibe True, I've been lucky with housing but have taken some jobs with questionable employers over the years for similar reasons
