@whitequark huntsmans are pretty cool so long as they aren’t dropping on your head in a moving vehicle
@soulpheonix @whitequark was going to say this. I like having them around the house, we even name them sometimes. Have never seen one eat anything much, I don't think (though I'm sure they do).
But went to school with someone who spent weeks in hospital after one fell out of the sun visor onto his face while driving, leading to a crash.

It was chilling up in the corner of the front passenger side, but then it disappeared into an aircon vent and popped out of the windscreen demister vent in front of me. I was able to VERY quickly pull over on a main road and get it to fuck off outside the cabin
@jpm @projectgus @soulpheonix @whitequark I've enjoyed this experience too but I don't think anything beats the time Dad told me about him learning he was wearing the same motorcycle helmet as a huntsman at full noise on the Bass Hwy.
