my last few days have consisted of being very ill, being very warm, and being glued to my computer refreshing a plethora of shop tabs in our search for an air conditioner. apparently they've been selling out in *three minutes* when listed, which is only once/day at some random time.

but it would appear that i got one today! the order is showing as "in preparation", and apparently the blessed item will arrive early next week.

we will all, these three included, be extremely relieved when it arrives. they'll also likely be glad to be relieved of a/c-watch duty.
