The AI twinkling stars thing is the interface equivalent of the housefly that you swipe away only for it to return to exactly the same place, every time.
@JulianOliver Special mention to jira, which had a dedicated setting to disable their "assistant", but it only had an effect until the next login
@JulianOliver They fixed the bug though: you can no longer get rid of it officially
@mathieui Yay. Why stop there I guess. Surely there are other things they can force upon their users. Opt-in is out, opt-out is passé, lock-in is in.
