What happens to the Internet during a critical subsea cable outage❓

@ripencc Again - please post the direct link instead of a shortener. This page is hosted at RIPE.

For me this means an extra 16 hops to go over a transatlantic cable to go to the wrong place instead of 6.

Instead of the RIPE article I get this warning page and have to click again to get to the correct page.
