@mastodonmigration The Prospect doesn't seem to approve. I'm critical of the Democratic establishment, but they might not be wrong to think that turning on a dime to produce statewide caucuses was going to be harder to get right than a convention.
Maybe, but the concern that they are trying to disenfranchise the progressive voters of the state and working to install an establishment candidate needs to be taken seriously.

Waiting this long for the inevitable to happen put us in a bad spot, and I don't think anything would have worked out perfectly, or even well, past a certain point.
It is certainly a bad situation, but it will not help things to have the DSCC swoop in and implement something that undermines the will of the voters. Not saying that is necessarily what is happening, but that is certainly the concern at this point.
