Xi Jinping is loving this. He'll wait until Trump has done all the damage he can, and the "macho department of war" is at the lowest readiness point in history, THEN invade Taiwan.
I'd put that at 20 January 2029. Or if they judge Trump to have lost his coercive handle on the GOP, earlier. So maybe in 2028, since everyone who has to respond will be tied up with the election.
