chan-fe

chan-fe is shaping up, new stuff:
- emoji autocomplete
- mention autocomplete @harblinger
- polls (still a bit janky on the display side, but functional)
- custom boards (groups - also still needs functionality to be exposed)
... and a bunch of other little fixes and changes
