@hipsterelectron About ~16mo ago (if I’m counting correctly) I was on an ACM stream with a UN representative and I posed “okay, but what does the picture look like if you _do not_ make the presumptions/promises of industry?” the answer was (quite tellingly$ captured, and I judge it useful ito recognition of what these people are being fed
