Blue micromoon! I don't know if I can even say that without giggling, it's just silly. (But sure, a hook to get people interested in orbital dynamics and the night sky, I'll definitely take it if offered)

They always use telephoto lens shots of the moon?
It always seems smaller overhead & bigger on the horizon?
You, being expert, should also explain why either of these apply (outside city).
1. Your photo has stars, but moon is flat white disk.
OR
2. The moon has detail shadows (likely a telephoto lens is needed too) and the sky is black.
I've never been able to take moon pictures like in articles.
I have a Canon DSLR APS-C sensor & up to 1200mm lens. What FL?
