Is anyone working on a federated customer relationship management system? (I'm not even sure it would be a good idea)

@javahippie I think that is part of what I'm unsure about.
I suppose I can see the point of a federated procurement system, and perhaps even a transparent collaborative one
@otfrom @javahippie within a geographically distributed business that would make some sense. Currently those would be centralised because what else can you do?
