anyone have good recipes for huitlacoche? i finally (and accidentally) managed to find some of the pickled variety. i really like it, but it's not quite a strong flavor. i've already done the classic quesadillas with 'em and have been enjoying it in salads, but would love to hear any banger uses i've missed
