In French, the saying is "Old Age is a shipwreck", and should this sentence get a statue, Blair would be represented there.
I don't know there's anything to allege: the man's brain rotted a long time ago, and it's unclear why anyone would want to know his current opinion.
Similarly too many other public figures.
