For a couple of weeks now, I've been doing these tiny 15 minute morning workouts. 4 weeks in, I think it's finally starting to settle in as more habitual than exceptional ... although the Apple Watch continues to troll me with the effort estimations. That did not feel like a "moderate" 😅

Said that my rowing workout yesterday was moderate (a 6, truth be told), but to me by the end of the 25 mins it was more like “I’m fscking having a heart stroke, can’t go any longer!” 😅🤣
