I have no idea. Right now my source is Trump and some govt-tied Iranian news sources. But if THAT is the deal? Then Trump lost.
The Iranians clearly aren't anywhere near as crazy as we are, so they had to give him something to save face because that's just negotiating. That's just how people who WANT peace behave. But if that something isn't the nuclear material (which Trump admitted it isn't - those negotiations come after, LIKE the IRANIANS said they would btw) and it isn't Iran agrees everyone can use the Strait for free whenever they like - then his own stated objectives have failed.
